Unlimited Packages
In Lancashire, most of the Lake District and Merseyside and much of Cheshire and Greater Manchester, 2026-27 pricing is as follows. Each price includes a beautiful white portable baby grand piano (or a black one if you'd prefer!) to enhance the experience; second piano if necessary to minimise untidy moving of equipment in front of your guests; unlimited studio time to prepare your totally free choice on ceremony music; and insurance etc.
Basic Packages
Given the current cost of living crisis, Craig has recently reintroduced Basic Packages covering ceremony, drinks and/or wedding breakfast, perfect for couples happy to leave music choices in Craig's expert hands in sets capped at two 45-minute sets per part of the day. Prices start at £445 and can be explored on the Basic Package Builder.
Below you'll find all the info on the full range of Unlimited Packages, each designed to enhance your day whether you’re looking for intimate ceremony music or a whole-day entertainment experience. There are four main packages that most couples choose from, two options for elopements, and the option for a ceremony-only booking on weekdays.

Any package containing a portable baby grand has the option to add a second more compact electric piano for a second space to minimise the movement of equipment in front of guests, but the portable baby grands are designed to be able to move from room to room quickly.
Platinum Package
The package for couples wanting to truly personalise their day! An all-inclusive and stress-free package with music available for any four parts of your wedding from the moment guests arrive until the DJ starts to play. Craig's unique Electronic Requests System transforms your reception into an interactive experience: guests feel truly involved in the celebration, and there's the option of complimentary lawn games in summer months too!
Choose Parts of the Day: you choose the parts of the day for which you'd like your music, with music for any four ofthe following five parts: guests' arrivals hour, ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and the evening room turnaround.
Electronic Requests System: surprise guests by encouraging them to send requests from their seats for some interaction and fun during the wedding breakfast or drinks reception. This is a really popular service; the average wedding using it will see over 50 requests sent through - guests love it!
Portable Baby Grand Piano: a striking feature in white or gloss black , these pianos can be set up indoors or out and can be dressed to match your decor
Choose Your Music: your preferred styles during guests’ arrival hour, drinks reception, meal and/or evening turnaround
Free Choice of Ceremony Music: no lists to choose songs from; you get a completely free pick and rehearsal time is included

Whole Day Package
The package for couples seeking seamless live music for the main formalities of the wedding day. The Whole Day Package provides unrivalled instrumental music for your wedding ceremony, drinks reception and wedding breakfast. A choice of elegant portable baby grand pianos ensures your music will complement your decor and flow beautifully from start to finish, even if the drinks reception is outdoors. Your Favourite Music - drinks and wedding breakfast music in your preferred styles, with plenty of requests available and guests welcome to chip in too.
Portable Baby Grand Piano: choose between beautiful pianos in white and gloss black. Suitable for use outdoors, and can be decorated to match your theme, most couples use this for the ceremony and meal on this package, with a second piano provided for the drinks reception.
Free Choice of Ceremony Music: no lists to choose from, and no charge to learn anything new. The ceremony includes music for guests taking seats, usually 15-30 minutes of music, venue dependent
Your Favourite Music: drinks and wedding breakfast music in your preferred styles, with plenty of requests available and guests are welcome to chip in too
No time limit: there is no limit to the amount of music for your wedding breakfast, however long the meal takes, you'll have music

Late Half Day Package
Ideal for couples for whom the music is all about the entertainment factor and wish the music to begin after their wedding ceremony. The music will be chosen based on your preferences, and you'll be welcome to make plenty of specific song requests too. Why not open up requests to guests too as an added treat and talking point?
Portable Baby Grand Piano: a striking visual feature to wow your guests! Choose between white and gloss black. Suitable for use outdoors, and you're welcome to dress the piano to match the table decor during the meal.
Drinks Reception: entertainment in the style(s) of your choice while you have photos taken and enjoy some bubbly / cocktails
Wedding Breakfast: entertainment while you eat. Your music will follow the mood of the room; we'll keep things mellow if your guests are chilled, but if they're ready for a party, that's what they'll get!
Requests: requests are welcome during both parts of the day, and are a great way to really include your guests in the celebrations with a personal touch. Why not elevate things further with Craig's Electronic Requests System so guests can send requests from their tables?

Early Half Day Package
The perfect solution for couples looking to enhance their wedding with the beauty of romantic piano, Early Half Day packages feature live performances tailored to your needs. It's an option that provides a rippling soundtrack for your wedding ceremony and drinks reception, with the option to add an hour pre-ceremony too.

Guest's Arrival Hour: classy mellow music for guests to enjoy as they catch up ahead of the ceremony
Free Choice of Ceremony Music: beautiful bespoke arrangements of your chosen ceremony songs (with no list to choose from and time to learn anything new included)
Drinks Reception: entertainment in the styles of your choice until guests are called to dinner

Elopements & Single Parts of the Day
Lake District elopement packages are available most Monday-Wednesdays in April, May, July, August and December, and most Thursdays too during other months. Prices are below.
Every couple has a different idea as to what they’d like for their elopement so please get in touch for a personalised service, but Craig's standard elopement packages are for wedding ceremonies. Music can be indoors or outside, with a portable baby grand piano provided in your choice of white or gloss black if required. You’ll be able to choose the aisle music (a free choice with rehearsal time included), and have the option to choose more music too. If you’ve guests, or if one of you will wait for the other to make a grand entrance in the case of "just-the-two-of-us" elopements, pre-ceremony music will also be provided to help set the scene.
Elopement Option 1 - Choose your aisle song and leave the rest to Craig: £250
Elopement Option 2 - Choose your aisle, register signing and exit songs: £350
For elopements, there is the additional option to add 30 minutes of post-ceremony music for £50, while you enjoy some bubbly and take photos.
For single parts of the day at regular weddings, please use the Basic Package Builder for pricing.
All packages are secured with a date retainer (included in the prices above) of £150 for main packages and £100 for elopement packages. The balance is then payable two weeks before the wedding.
*Basic Packages: free ceremony song choice is limited to entrance and exit music; Craig will select the other music having learned your preferred styles, artists etc. For other parts of the day, performance lengths are capped at two 45-minute sets per part of the day, and music will be selected at the time of performance based on reading the room. The Electronic Requests System is not available on Basic Packages.
